Step-by-step guide to each tool
How to use the CGPA Calculator
- Choose the grade scale your university uses: 4.0, 5.0, 10-point or a custom scale you edit yourself.
- Enter each subject’s grade and credit hours for the semester. You can type letter grades or grade points.
- Press + Add semester for more semesters. If you already know your CGPA, use I already have a CGPA to carry on from it.
- Read your semester GPA, your CGPA and the rough percentage.
Example: on a 4.0 plus/minus scale, an A (4.0) in a 3-credit course, a B+ (3.3) in a 3-credit course and an A- (3.7) in a 2-credit course give (12 + 9.9 + 7.4) ÷ 8 = 3.66. Points for each grade differ between universities, so check your own scale.
How to use the Percentage Calculator
- Choose your question from the dropdown: X% of Y, X is what percent of Y, percentage increase or decrease, or add or subtract a percentage.
- Type your two numbers into the boxes.
- The answer appears straight away, with the working shown underneath.
Example: to turn 412 marks out of 500 into a percentage, choose X is what percent of Y, enter 412 and 500, and you get 82.4%.

How to use the Word Counter
- Paste or type your text into the box.
- Read the words, characters, sentences, paragraphs and reading time as you type.
- Use the platform limits and keyword density panels to check a character limit or a phrase you repeat too often.
Example: writing a page description for a website? Paste it in and keep it to roughly 155 to 160 characters, which is about what search results show before cutting it off.
How to use the Case Converter
- Paste or type your text into the box.
- Click the case you need: UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, Capitalise Each Word, aLtErNaTiNg or url-slug.
- Click Copy result, or Use as input to keep converting the new text.
Example: choose url-slug to turn a post title into a lowercase, hyphenated slug you can use in a web address.
How to use the Image Resizer
- Drop an image on the page, click to choose one, or paste it with Ctrl+V.
- Pick a common size, such as Instagram post, YouTube thumbnail, WhatsApp DP or Passport 35×45mm, or type your own width and height.
- Choose JPG, PNG or WebP, then press Download image.
Tip: forms and portals set their own size rules, so check what yours asks for before you upload.
How to use the Image Compressor
- Click Choose an image and pick a file.
- Drag the quality slider, then release it to compress again.
- Compare the original size, compressed size and reduction, check the preview, then download.
Tip: if an upload page says the file must be under a certain size, lower the quality a little at a time until the compressed size is below that limit.
How to use the Discount Calculator
- Choose a currency symbol (PKR, USD, SAR, AED, GBP, EUR or INR). It only changes the symbol; no exchange rates are applied.
- Enter the original price and the discount, either as a percentage or as a flat amount.
- See what you pay and what you save.
Example: Rs 5,000 with 20% off means you save Rs 1,000 and pay Rs 4,000.

Frequently asked questions
Are these tools really free?

Is my text or image uploaded anywhere?
No. The tools run in your browser, so what you type or choose stays on your device.
Which tool should I use to calculate my CGPA?
Use the CGPA Calculator. It handles semester GPA, full-degree CGPA and percentage, and the grade scale is editable so you can match your university.
Why is my CGPA different from my transcript?
Universities use different grade scales and rounding rules. Set the calculator to your university’s scale, edit the points if you need to, and treat your official transcript as the final word.
How do I turn my marks into a percentage?
Open the Percentage Calculator, choose X is what percent of Y, and enter the marks you got and the total marks.
How do I resize a photo for an online form?
Open the Image Resizer, pick a common size or type the exact width and height, and download the result. If the form also has a file-size limit, run the photo through the Image Compressor. Always check the form’s own requirements first.
Which tools help with SEO?
The Word Counter checks title and description length and keyword density, and the Case Converter makes Title Case headings and URL slugs.
Can I use these tools on my phone?
Yes. The pages are built to work on phones as well as laptops, in any modern browser.
